1. WRITE A DIARY

Writing a diary is a great way to activate your creative side, to explore your ideas and monitor the outcome of your goals and desires. This diary should be oriented positively. Watch how you express yourself. Logging is a way to view yourself from somewhere outside – what do you learn about yourself when you read old notes after some time? Writing should become a free write about your own experiences.

2. CONSIDER THE ELAPSED DAY

Are you listening to your own thinking at the end of the day? Every day, take 15 minutes in a quiet area. Feel your mind, close your eyes and imagine how the images come to your mind. Enjoy this time when you are thinking, drawing a new idea or simply relaxing. Vitally important is that you take the space and time to educate yourself.

3. HEALTHY NUTRITION

It may sound complicated, but with some adjustments you can be on the right track to better nutrition. For one week write down everything you ate and drank and also the time you spent on it. At the end of the week look at your diet and note what kind of habits you have.

Here are some tips on how to improve your diet:

  • a good breakfast is essential
  • Almost everyone of us loves snacks; replace unhealthy snacks with fruit and whole-wheat food.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water is an essential importance for beauty, because it literally makes things run smoothly.
  • Replace white bread, rise, pasta with whole grains. They give you more energy and nutrients.
  • When you are mouth-watering for sweets, prefer to eat some fruit or nuts.
  • Take the necessary daily dose of vitamins.
  • Add more green vegetables to the meals.
  • Replace white sugar with brown.
  • Replace salt with lemon juice and spices.
  • Reduce caffeinated drinks.

Food has a significant impact on human welfare and the level of energy. A healthier diet can improve our mood and give us strength to cope with daily stress more easily.

4. VISUALIZATION

Visualization technique is based on the fact that our psyche is able to make miracles and we use it for making a difference both in the physical body as in the psyche itself. The most important is that you have feeling as if everything you see in the spirit is actually happening.  Nevermind, if you have problem with creating visual images Рthe key is that the body can trigger the feeling.

The technique is very simple:

  • Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
  • Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  • Take deep breaths and relax. Feel how your lungs stretches and shrinks and how the air travels through your body.
  • Make images and situations in your mind – draw imagery, make them real, add details, images of people, the environment and their feelings. Feel the experience and success.

Enjoy the exercise and watch how long does it take to see success. Do this regularly. Your memory will develop new patent of thinking.

5. POSITIVE CLAUSES

Be aware that you can change what ever you want, but only if you really want it enough. If you are unhappy with your life and if you see all negative, it is necessary to transform that negative into a positive. Whenever you catch yourself indulging in a negative thoughts, always add a positive. Positive thoughts will eventually outweigh the negative.

6. POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT

Surround yourself with people who care about you and things that inspire you most. Get rid of the negativity in your life. This will create a space for new things in your life, a place for things you enjoy.

7. PROPER BREATHING

What is wrong with our way of breathing? Our breathing is shallow and too fast. We don’t get enough oxygen and the carbon dioxide is not removed from the body. The result is that our body has too little oxygen and too much venom. Lack of oxygen leads to a decrease of vitality, poor immune system and many other things.

We need to breathe slowly and deeply because deep breathing calms our mind and body.

8. GRATITUDE

Write a list of things that you appreciate in life. Enjoy what you have and show others how grateful you are for that.

9.  LAUGH
